Hello everyone!
I am just a 22-year-old trying to navigate adulting one day at a time. I live in a small one-bedroom apartment in Houston, TX with my terror of a cat, Bonnabelle. Together, we fight crime… we don’t actually, but it would be a lot cooler if we did.
I got the idea to create this blog sitting at my desk at work one day while considering the monotony of my life. Unfortunately, I am not the type of person who has 47 million hobbies to choose from… or even 1 really. I wake up, get ready for work, spend 9 hours at the office, eat dinner, go to bed, repeat, repeat, repeat. So I thought, what if I try something new? Or, better yet, what if I try a lot of something new?
So… Why A Blog?
Everything I have read about blogging says to take your passion and write about it. As someone freshly in her twenties, I am not embarrassed to say that I haven’t quite worked out my passions yet. I want to encourage people who feel the same to go out and try that thing they’ve always wanted to.
